At Hausofmariee.co, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our Returns & Refunds Policy provides clear guidelines for returning, exchanging, or receiving a refund for your order.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. Items must be returned in the same condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
